Hello and welcome, I’m glad you’re here. As individuals, we weave our own beautiful and unique tapestries of life. Today we are living in a world where political divides are tearing apart our creations and we are becoming unsure of the texture, color, and direction of which to continue to weave. As a therapist, I believe that each one of us has the capability and capacity to learn how to continue to create a design that weaves together the joy and pain, the struggle and the relief, and the loss and the happiness. I have three specialties: Anxiety/OCD, trauma, and working with trans youth and their families.

Whether you are feeling constantly persecuted for who you are, or feeling stuck in an endless thought loop about what the future holds, or experiencing symptoms of PTSD because of events that surface past traumas, I build a therapeutic relationship and environment that helps you feel safe and supported while untangling the knots.

I am currently accepting new clients both in-person or telehealth. I work through the lens of trauma-informed care and LGBTQ+ inclusivity using person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapies.
