I recognize that it is difficult to find a therapist who is attuned to and validating of your whole self. Perhaps you feel chronic feelings of emptiness and disconnect. My aim is to create a space in which your individual characteristics, quirks, and unique histories can safely be explored and addressed.
I hold a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and understand the theory behind evidence-based practice. I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities — cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapies — and use a combination of approaches to assess and address your unique needs.
As I complete my Masters in Social Work, I am integrating relational and systems-based models to not only treat you, but you in the context of the world you live in. Mental health must be approached through a collaborative and tailored lens; We can uncover what works best for you.
