Life has a funny way of creeping up on us and before we know it can be a lot for just one person to cope with. The nice thing to know is you do not have to handle it all alone. I practice evidenced based psychology which is effective in conquering various problems life throws our way. My main areas of focus are gender and sexual health care as well a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral problems.
I offer individual and family therapy and my practice is 2S-LGBTQIA+ welcoming. I provide services via in-person and telehealth sessions. I am also trained to provide affirming care and assist with finding affirming services in the community.
