I help people heal from trauma, learn healthy ways of coping and gain a better understanding of themselves. Relational issues are at the forefront of many mental health concerns. You may find yourself struggling to make or maintain healthy connections with others amidst stress, anxiety, depression and mood dysregulation. Finding the courage to address these concerns can bring relief and a greater connection to the outside world. Clients describe me as warm, insightful and able to help them get to the root cause of their issues.
In addition to talk therapy, I am an EMDR trained therapist. EMDR is a therapeutic approach proven to help people recover from trauma and PTSD symptoms. EMDR therapy is also a helpful treatment for disorders such as anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic pain, addictions, and other distressing life experiences.
I am welcoming and affirming of individuals from all backgrounds and identities. I offer an empathic and nonjudgmental space as well as clinical training and an accurate diagnosis. I am here to meet you where you are today and help you take the next step towards a brighter future.
