I work with individuals and couples who are ready to feel more at home in their own bodies and relationships — not just talk about change, but actually experience it. They often arrive feeling stuck: anxiety that won't ease, trauma that talk alone hasn't touched, or relationship patterns that keep repeating no matter how many times they've been discussed. Together, we work somatically and relationally, so change happens not just in your thinking, but in your nervous system and your connection with others — moving you from insight into lasting, felt change.

With individuals, I draw on EMDR, somatic, and Polyvagal-informed approaches for anxiety, trauma, and stuck patterns, often using parts-work to help you make sense of conflicting feelings. With couples, I bring the Gottman Method together with somatic and Polyvagal work to navigate what's happening in your nervous systems when things get hard.

I bring warmth, directness, and a deep respect for your pace to this work. My goal isn't to hand you a script for change — it's to help you build the internal and relational resources to sustain it.
