Welcome! Working with adolescents and young adults struggling with mental health issues is a passion of mine, and I would love to help you overcome barriers that prevent you from living a fulfilling and stress-free life. I have experience with clients struggling with ADHD, mood-related disorders, anxiety, stress, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, attachment, and childhood trauma. My goal is to provide a safe space where you feel supported and seen while collaboratively working toward your goals. All clients are welcome in my office; authenticity and acceptance is a must in the therapy space!
I utilize a person-centered approach while implementing elements of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help my clients overcome life challenges and learn to comfortably coexist with their thoughts and emotions.
Reaching out for help can feel uncomfortable and overwhelming. Maintaining a relaxed and laid-back environment during sessions is a priority of mine, and I encourage all of my clients to come as they are!
