I'm passionate about learning, and am motivated to find out what clinically proven tools and methods will best support each individual I work with.
I work with ages 11+ and have experience helping people with anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, stress management, trauma and PTSD/anxiety, Reactive Attachment Disorder, and stage-of-life changes. I utilize an eclectic blend of DBT, CBT and Solutions-Focused therapy models.
