Hi, I’m Rebecca! I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in both PA and NJ.
I have experience working in outpatient, school-based, and in-home settings. My work has focused on supporting clients facing attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. I understand that everyone has a unique story, and I tailor therapy to meet those needs.
I bring several years of experience supporting children, teens, and families through life’s challenges. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and empowering space for clients to explore their emotions, develop coping skills, and build resilience.
Whether it's helping children, teens, or supporting families, I believe in walking alongside my clients with empathy, collaboration and strengths empowerment. In therapy, I draw from evidence-based approaches including Play Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Informed care.
