Hi, I’m Rebecca. If you’re seeking support for your child or teen who is struggling with anxiety, big emotions, attention or behavior challenges, you’re not alone. You may be noticing emotional outbursts, excessive worry, difficulty focusing, or repetitive thoughts or behaviors that feel hard to interrupt. I support children and teens with anxiety and OCD tendencies, as well as those adjusting to life changes. Together, we can better understand what’s happening beneath the surface and help your child feel safer, more confident, and supported as they grow.
In therapy, we use developmentally appropriate, play-based, art-based and child-centered approaches that help children and teens express emotions, build coping skills, and feel understood. Together, we’ll focus on strengthening emotional awareness, regulation, and confidence in ways that feel engaging and supportive.
