I use a holistic approach to meet your individual needs and challenges. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, and Solution focused therapy. For couples- I also use Gottman, Imago, Attachment Theory, & EFT exercises. For teens- behavior modification, executive functioning skills, play & art therapy. For resolving trauma/pain- CPT and IFS interventions.
