For over 8 years, I have utilized a combination of therapies in my sessions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques. My training in grief, trauma, and addiction enables me to provide you with better support tailored to your needs.
