For over 7 years I have been using an integrative approach which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I aim to meet you where you are. My additional training in grief counseling, trauma treatment, and addiction equips me to address a wide range of concerns.
In session with me you will find yourself in a warm, safe, and judgment-free space. I will teach you from the start how to be non-judgmental towards yourself and to have self-compassion.
