Making the decision to seek therapy for yourself or your child takes courage. You may be facing a major life transition or feeling stuck in patterns of behavior that leave you feeling frustrated, sad, worried or confused. Juggling responsibilities and other life’s challenges can feel overwhelming. My goal is to build a safe, trusting relationship with each client by providing a supportive, therapeutic environment. I teach clients to express feelings in healthy ways, learn and internalize coping skills, identify and effectively communicate needs, and make changes that are aligned with their values and hopes.
I have over 20 years experience as a licensed clinical social worker working with adults, teens, children and parents. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, attachment issues, grief and loss, adjustment to divorce, parenting, and social skills challenges.
I also have extensive experience working in schools and can collaborate with teachers and help parents navigate school resources. I believe every client deserves unconditional positive regard. It is an honor and privilege to work with each and every family I see.
