As a Marriage & Family Therapist I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families. I work with my clients to explore their relationships to address the challenges they may be facing. This includes exploring; feeling disconnected, deep rooted conflict, communication, blending families, parenting, life transition, and low relationship satisfaction. I also work with clients who struggle with depression, gender identity, mood management, self-esteem, sexual orientation, stress, and trauma.
I shape my therapy approach based on my clients’ needs and the goals they would like to achieve. I believe therapy should be a collaborative effort between the client and therapist. When working with couples I primarily use Gottman’s Couples Therapy and Emotion Focused Couples therapy to help clients strengthen their connection and improve their relationship
I create a safe, non-judgemental place for clients to better understand themselves. I work with my clients to exploring their feelings, thoughts, behaviors, and relationships with others, with the intention of facilitating a positive change.
