Using a strength-based, person-centered approach, my hope is to provide you with a space to be yourself to work through the issues that are causing you distress.
I treat anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues and life transitions. I completed an MS in Clinical Counseling at Bellevue University in 2019. I typically utilize CBT and DBT skills your sessions.
