I'm inspired by those who are determined to keep moving forward and learning to adjust to a new normal.
I have experience in working in a variety of settings including private practice, community mental health, and intensive outpatient services for problems including grief, life transitions, stress, and emotion regulation. I have love and passion for learning to help others gain new skills and cope with challenges that life can bring.
