I work with individuals and couples who want to understand themselves and their relationships more deeply, break free from patterns that keep them stuck, and are willing to try new ways of connecting, communicating, and creating a meaningful life. My clients are curious, reflective, and ready to take steps toward clarity, growth, and deeper fulfillment.
I provide a non-judgmental space where you can reflect, explore, and grow. Together, we'll uncover patterns that may be holding you back, clarify what matters most to you, and develop practical skills so you can make intentional changes. My goal is to support you in creating relationships - and a life - that feel connected, compassionate, and authentic.
