I work with clients that have experienced trauma (current or historic), including childhood trauma, sexual trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, first-responder trauma, vicarious, and secondary trauma through a combination of options including talk therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). In our work together, we will cultivate a meaningful relationship. We'll collaborate to identify solutions and skills that work for you. I hope to empower you by cultivating a sense of self-awareness, self-compassion, self-respect and help you to find a fulfilling life on your terms.
My clients and I work together to identify patterns, behaviors & thought processes that no longer serve them. Together, we'll develop an individualized approach to help navigate your concerns. We often explore options such as EMDR, KAP, mindfulness, yoga, compassionate confrontation & emotional regulation to find a process that works for you.
