Alongside my Master’s level education in Mental Health Counseling, I have 27 years of experience mentoring teens and working with couples and families. This has equipped me with the wisdom and compassion to approach therapy through the lenses of empathy, care, non-judgment. The modalities I use are EMDR, Gottman Therapy, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Christian Counseling, and Mindfulness Practices.
