Overwhelmed much? Let's be real... DC is a mess right now. If you already struggled with focus, motivation, and organization, mix in this extra stress, and everything can pile on top of each other. You want to feel grounded and joyful, with a life that fits and feels like your own. Not a life you have to shove yourself into. You want your relationships to thrive. You deserve to wake up in the morning and feel ready and excited for the day ahead.
I'm here to help you heal and move forward. We will focus on the ways brains and bodies respond to stress and how to cope with and reduce it. I specialize in ADHD, and I understand how executive functioning issues can impact every area of life. Issues related to race, sexuality, spirituality, and systemic injustice are welcome conversation in our sessions.
Honestly? There's a good chance you've looked at so many profiles that you're experiencing analysis paralysis. But, if you're here, you've read my whole personal statement! Email me, and let's chat. If you decide not to work with me, that's fine! You deserve to thrive, and setting up some consultations is your first step forward.
