Life can be hard, and sometimes we all need a place where we can lay down the things we’ve been carrying. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and groups who are struggling with grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, or life changes. I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to help you find hope, healing, and the confidence to move forward.

I have a passion for helping people navigate grief, trauma, anxiety, and life’s unexpected challenges. My approach is authentic, compassionate, and grounded in hope. As a Christian, my faith is an important part of who I am, and I welcome clients who would like to incorporate faith into their counseling journey.
