Whether it is life transitions, loss, or complex trauma, together we can walk the path to a brighter future. Self-discovery and healing is a journey that I greatly enjoy watching unfold. I believe you are the expert on your life, we will use a collaborative approach to identify your goals and empower you to move forward with passion and intention. My goal is to serve as a guide, providing a compassionate and empathetic environment to explore your values and desires. I have experience in addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions, infertility, and adoption, as well as supporting survivors of domestic abuse.
I take a holistic perspective and believe that mental health is interconnected with physical, social, and emotional well-being. I enjoy integrating somatic principles into my work. I am trained in CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, MBCT, narrative and psychodynamic therapy. I draw from several theories to create an individualized treatment plan specific to your needs.
I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help. I admire the courage you are showing by reaching out. Therapy is a deeply personal experience. You deserve to have a therapist you're comfortable with. To ensure we're a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to explore how we'll work together to reach your goals.
