I take a holistic perspective and believe that mental health is interconnected with physical, social, and emotional well-being. I am trained in CBT, DBT, IFS, and MBCT. I also integrate somatic principles into my work. I know that one size does not fit all, my goal is to curate an individualized treatment plan specific to your needs.
