Many people come to therapy feeling stuck — repeating the same patterns, struggling to feel heard, disconnected in relationships, or unsure how to move forward. Change can feel difficult, especially when you’ve been carrying things alone for a long time. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what’s keeping you stuck, and begin creating meaningful change one step at a time. I work with individuals and couples who are ready to better understand themselves, improve relationships, manage anxiety or depression, and build healthier ways of coping.

We will work together to establish a sense of empowerment and understand how early relational experiences shape current behaviors, coping strategies, and ways of connecting. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical, helping clients build insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.
