My goal is to provide a safe, warm, and secure environment where inner exploration can be possible. I specialize in perinatal mood disorders, attachment issues, trauma, depression and anxiety, working with adults in all stages of life. I have a particular interest in supporting women and their partners through the transition and journey into parenthood.
At the heart of my work is the supportive relationship between client and therapist, creating a safe place where you will be seen, heard and known while providing guidance in your journey toward positive life changes.
I have specialized training in infant-parent mental health, which includes postpartum depression/anxiety and trauma. Additional areas of specialty include, infertility, pregnancy loss and birth trauma, as well as depression and anxiety issues.
