I specialize in relationships, trauma, PTSD, addictions and related issues. I help people work through childhood trauma and adult trauma using evidence-based, yet supportive therapy modalities like EMDR therapy, Somatic Experiencing Therapy, CBT, family systems and attachment therapy. I was trained at the Meadows Behavioral Health Trauma Center in Arizona.
