My name is Rebecca and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have ten years of experience working with children and adults through crisis residential, outpatient case management, in-home services, and therapy. I support individuals with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, stress responses, or childhood traumas to process difficult events or emotions while identifying and aligning with personal values to work towards individual goals. I believe you are the expert of your own experience and having a safe person to witness and explore your experience is highly validating, fostering deeper connection with self and others.
I partner with individuals through Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to support emotional flexibility and process traumatic events or chronic stressors. My approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration while using trauma-informed and communication to reinforce a safe therapeutic alliance.
