As a compassionate therapist and the owner of Camellia Counseling, it is a privilege for me to support my clients as they grow with care! I provide genuine support as my clients gain insight, improve relationships, and break down unhealthy cycles. I specialize in treating teenagers and young adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma & PTSD, poor body image, and identity/LGBTQ+ issues. I also offer therapy services for clients experiencing major life transitions, disrupted relationships, career challenges, and gender dysphoria. I believe counseling should be a collaborative process. We'll always work through this together!
In sessions, we'll focus on adapting to your unique therapeutic needs. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan that fully addresses your counseling goals. I take a trauma-informed, relational approach to treatment and emphasize the creation of a warm, nonjudgmental space in my office. I believe genuine connection is the true catalyst for growth and change.
