I hold a certificate of advanced study in trauma informed care and approach every aspect of the counseling process through a trauma sensitive lens. I meet with people individually, as a couple or as a family. I work primarily from a Parts or Internal Family system framework which is intuitively tailored to each individual person I have the opportunity to work with. I specialize in trauma, children, and anxiety.
