Book through Headway! Easy process, from the comfort of your home, we can have virtual sessions in addition to the intake. Since 2015, I have worked in behavioral health settings where I have become proficient treating trauma, mood disorders, substance use, and personality disorders. I work directly with individuals, families, children/adolescents. There is a lot of stigmas regarding seeking services, but also attending therapy. Talking to a therapist may provide you self-awareness/insight on your current situation. I will assist you with multiple evidence-based interventions and help focus on your strengths to cope.
I have extensive training and experience with trauma with children and adults. EMDR and CBT are very effective. I am certified in EMDR and provide EMDR consultation to other clinicians. I also provide supervision for clinicians seeking support for their clinical license.
The hardest part is to reach out and find a therapist. Please feel free to email me regarding therapy. Our intake, will last about 45 minutes/hour, to discuss mental health history, current concerns, and goals.
