I believe that the capacity to thrive lives in your hands, heart, and imagination. As your therapist, I will work with you to uncover your own inherent wisdom. My approach is strengths-based, practical, trauma-informed, and integrative. I am trained in traditional talk therapy and experiential expressive art therapies. I am especially attuned to parts work and working with imagination and metaphor. I help people to resource themselves to become their own resilient and compassionate nurturer to the self.

I work well with a wide range of people, especially those looking to live more authentically, discover more of their internal world, or are working through grief and transitions in relationships, parenthood and career.
