My approach is strengths-based, practical, trauma-informed and integrative. With a decade of experience, I am trained in traditional talk therapy and expressive art therapies. I am especially attuned to parts work and working via our imagination and metaphor. I help people to resource themselves to become their own resilient and compassionate self-nurturer.
