Welcome, I am a licensed clinician with over a decade of experience. I am here to support you with compassion and understanding. I understand how anxiety, trauma, depression, burnout, and life's challenges can impact your well-being. I use a combination of holistic and evidence based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic techniques, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I help clients explore, understand, and find balance within themselves. My goal is to empower you to move through difficult times with hope and resilience.
With a background as a medical provider and first responder, I understand trauma, stress, and crisis deeply—and I’ve worked closely with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities.
