I am a therapist and spiritual director who loves to walk with people through life’s thresholds. For me, it is less about giving answers and more about offering presence and companionship as each person listens for their own inner wisdom. My approach blends psychology and spirituality, drawing from the human warmth of Carl Rogers and the symbolic depth of Carl Jung. I often weave in creative practices such as creative collage, found poetry, bibliotherapy, and expressive journaling, all gentle ways of helping the soul speak through images.
I am particularly interested in helping those who are in key transition phases of their lives, such as young adulthood or those entering retirement. I also have a special connection with those experiencing grief, facing terminal illness, those involved in caregiving of family members, and those coping with chronic pain in their own lives.
I provide therapy in Georgia through Telemental Health and spiritual direction services worldwide by Zoom.
