I do not believe in a one size fits all type of therapy as each individual I work with is unique. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, and anger, among other issues. I hope to create a strong therapeutic relationship with you to help you feel confident in achieving your goals.
I mainly utilize a person centered approach while incorporating cognitive behavioral (CBT) skills. I also enjoy using strength based and motivational interviewing techniques. I have experience working with all ages in private practice. I also have worked in the partial care setting with individuals diagnosed with chronic mental illness.
My belief is that each individual deserves treatment that is geared towards them. I believe in creating a plan that will teach you the skills that will realistically work for you! It can be difficult to take the first step, but I encourage you to reach out so we can begin your healing journey!

Groups
The New Parent Circle (Virtual)
We will explore common themes such as identity shifts, emotional adjustment, connection with your baby, managing anxiety, and the ups and downs of early parenthood. This is a space to share, reflect, and feel supported. The New Parent Circle is designed for parents of infants in their first year of life. Sessions are held virtually every other Tuesday at 7:30pm, beginning May 12, 2026. We accept most major insurances. If you are looking for a place to feel less alone in this season of life, we invite you to join us.
