I care about helping my clients make sense of how their mind work and why their brain does what it does. Instead of ruminating on shame and guilt, We will evaluate where we can make shifts while also working to accept what we cannot change. My goal is to empower clients to start making active choices in their lives rather than being dragged by the current.
