About
You deserve to live a full and connected life. Whether you are someone struggling with dating, making social connections with peers, dealing with anxiety, or body-image issues, or someone simply needing a safe space to talk about life’s difficulties; you’re in the right place. I specialize in working with those struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Social Skills, and/or ADHD-related challenges, as well as adolescents and young adults with Autism and co-occurring disorders.
I use a blended, client-centered approach, where I truly believe you are the expert on your life and experiences. I am a certified PEERS Provider and enjoy working with clients on social skills, as well as supporting the confusing dating world that the 2020s has created.
I hear you, you want a relaxed therapeutic environment. Within my practice, I have a "come as you are policy", which means I never want clients to feel pressured to look or act a certain way in a session. Please, come as you are.
