My approach blends warmth, respect, and curiosity to create a safe space for you to explore what keeps you stuck and find new ways to move toward the life you want.
Using somatic and attachment-focused therapy, I help you tune into your body, care for your nervous system, and grow self-awareness and healthy boundaries. Together we create space for you to feel safer, more grounded, and able to show up with more freedom and authenticity in all parts of your life.
