The world is a lot right now, and many of us are searching for clarity, grounding, and direction while managing daily demands. I work with individuals and groups navigating trauma, identity, ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Many clients are high-functioning but feeling burnout, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival patterns like over-functioning or shutdown. Therapy with me is collaborative, paced with your nervous system, and focused on building self-awareness, regulation, and more sustainable ways of living and connecting.
My clinical approach is grounded in respect, empathy, and courage, at a pace that feels safe for you. I integrate evidence-based practices, including CBT, while centering your strengths, autonomy, and agency. My work is relational, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and somatic, supporting nervous system regulation and lasting change.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. We focus on your real life, what you’re carrying, what’s getting in the way, and what change could look like for you. Time is tailored to your needs and goals at a pace that works for you.
