As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I believe that everyone can lead a happy and fulfilling life. My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.

I specialize in working with trauma and stress related disorders, anxiety, and depression. My approach is client centered, promoting compassion and empathy to all human experiences. I am a EMDR Certified Therapist; using this psychotherapy technique to promote emotional balance, healing from the past, restored confidence and relationship renewal.
