Healing With It Trauma Therapy offers trauma-focused, affirming care for adults navigating PTSD, complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, substance use recovery, identity exploration, and nervous system overwhelm. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, somatic, and parts-informed therapy, integrating EMDR, DBT, CBT, and nervous system-based care.
Services include individual therapy, EMDR, DBT, CBT, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy preparation and integration, Reiki-informed energy work, sound healing, somatic regulation practices, and gender-affirming surgery support letters.
