When "what if" questions and avoided activities start to shrink your child's world, it can feel like anxiety or OCD is running your entire household. As a child therapist with lived experience, I know how overwhelming this feels for a family. I specialize in helping children navigate OCD, anxiety, and chronic illness using evidence-based ERP, CBT, and ACT - all with a playful, supportive spirit.
It’s so hard to watch your child struggle, but I believe that children have incredible strengths and resilience within them. I’m someone who will walk alongside you when life feels hard while also cheering on your child’s wins, big or small.
My style is warm, collaborative, and empowering. I partner with parents to provide the tools and support needed at home while connecting with children in ways that help them feel safe and understood.
