My passion is working with children, adolescents, and adults/couples who are struggling with life stressors, trauma, grief/loss, depression and anxiety. My goal is to help my clients overcome these challenges through self discovery and building self-regulation skills. I support my clients to make changes in their thoughts, feelings, and actions that leads to alleviation and reduction of symptoms with the goal of learning new ways of coping and mindfulness skills to heal and grow.
I utilize an eclectic approach of Strength- Base Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Health Therapy (CBT), Structural Family Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy and Psychoeducation. I also incorporate an Integrated Holistic Approach, Mindfulness, Meditation and Stress Reduction.
I strive to create a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which everyone can be supported in their efforts to grow and heal. I am happy you are beginning this journey to seek help.
