I am a trauma specialist utilizing EMDR (Certified Practitioner) and Somatic Experiencing (at the Advanced level). Together we will work together to reprocess your trauma to help you see and experience distressing images and memories in a new and less painful way.
I am a Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT) and Level 3 Practicum Trained therapist in the Gottman Method. I support couples who are struggling with communication difficulties and / or betrayals. Additionally, I specialize in helping anxious adults learn specific tools that they can immediately apply in order to reduce worry and anxiety.
Whatever your challenge may be, I will teach you specific tools to support you during those most difficult times and to help you move towards a calmer and peaceful existence.
