Many of us are navigating life trying to do our very best, but feeling the weight of it all.

I can offer you coping skills (absolutely!) but also help you better understand yourself and the way you are wired. What if doing so lead you to feel more secure in relationships, increased your creativity, and gave you a better framework for understanding your strengths.
