If you worry about the past or feel really concerned about your future to the point of overwhelm, you're not alone. Through counseling we will explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, beliefs, and experiences to gain insight into what you are facing while also identifying effective strategies for growth and healing.
I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. While I work with a wide range of concerns, I have particular experience supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, perfectionism, ADHD, OCD, depression, and emotional dysregulation. I also work with couples and families experiencing conflict, communication issues.
