Finding the right therapist is crucial for successful treatment. Having worked in a variety of clinical settings, including pediatric medical care, intensive in-home therapy, and outpatient psychotherapy, I have experience in providing extensive mental health treatment to preteens, adolescences, and young adults. I specialize in treating anxiety, obsessive fears, and difficulty adjusting to life transitions. I also specialize in the treatment of repetitive worries, difficult peer relationships, and negative thought patterns.

I utilize a cognitive behavioral framework, but also employ other therapeutic modalities tailored to address the client’s needs, including ACT, DBT, and ERP. I work with individuals to identify more helpful ways of thinking while reducing negative thought patterns that can lead to distress. I implement an acceptance and commitment approach to therapy.
If you're unsure where to start or have anymore questions, feel free reach out to me and I will help you find your trail to success.
