Once these feelings and ideas are expressed to another person, the result is often an increased sense of connection and a path towards healing.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of helping individuals from diverse age groups and backgrounds in navigating life transitions and new experiences, as well as supporting those who have endured anxiety, depression, and traumatic events.
