I have had the privilege of walking through the healing process with adults, senior adults, the LGBTQ+ community, and women's issues. During my experience in a community mental health clinic, and in private practice I have utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused - CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I will hold your vulnerability and pain with compassion and authenticity while the process of finding new or renewed hope, healing, strength, wholeness, and vitality for life begins to unfold.
