If you’re a woman who’s spent years masking, overthinking, or feeling “too much” and “not enough” at the same time — you’re not broken. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent women and parents who are tired of coping alone. Together, we’ll untangle overwhelm, build compassionate structure, and finally move from survival mode to self-acceptance.
I have the unique combination of being both an LMHC & BCBA and provide therapy for children, teens, & adults. I also specialize in behavior management coaching to support parents. I utilize an empathic, non-judgmental approach with aspects of ACT, CBT & solution focused therapy. I incorporate mindfulness, self-care, & behavior change strategies in sessions.
