Everyone can benefit from having someone to talk to in a safe and comfortable environment. Difficulties with life are universal, whether one struggles with work, career direction, addiction, relationships, communication, sexuality, discovering and pursuing one's interests and passions, creating and following through with goals, weight and body issues, self esteem, anxiety or depression. Therapy is a special opportunity to focus on oneself and have the support, attention and incisiveness of a trained individual.
I am loving, down to earth, easy to talk to, funny, incisive, practical, insightful and highly effective with patients. With adults and adolescents, I work with individuals, couples, groups and families. I am a trained Career Counselor and Life Coach. I have a diverse practice and specialize in addiction, career counseling and relationship patterns.
I am an in-network provider for Cigna, Aetna and BCBS. For patients not on those plans, I works closely with them either to submit for insurance or to set a reasonable fee. I conduct therapy in English and French, and, when appropriate or needed, do both phone and FaceTime or Skype sessions.
