My approach to therapy is rooted in my belief that relationships that are life giving and meaningful are necessary for our well-being. If you are struggling in any of your relationships, especially in your primary one or with self, therapy helps. I offer non-judgmental, warm, compassionate counseling to couples and individuals. I work with couples seeking to deepen their bond, to communicate with each other more effectively, to heal from infidelity, to navigate divorce with integrity, and those couples preparing for marriage. Additionally, I help individuals with relational distress, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and stress due to life transitions.
